Driving a Saab is on my bucket list. I haven't heard a single complaint about them from Saab owners.

Definitely recommended, it's worth it (as long as it's a 9-3 or 9-5)
A lot of owners complain about repair costs, but we're a loyal bunch.

My viggen has been super reliable, but given the first sign of weakness and I will not hesitate to put it down (Glock 17 to the engine block)

Sounds like you're not a fan of the lightning bolt. I'd love one of those.

This is my (parents') baby. Well, it's really my baby. They aren't such keen car junkies as I, but they were persuaded to buy this rather than another Camry or Odyssey. I hand wash it once a month (or more, if need be), and love it, and kiss it. I only wish it was a manual, but Seattle commuting always makes me only wish that once or twice a week. As far as complaints go, I'd say that the electronics are not always the best, and repairs can be a little pricey. But it's all worth it for the turbo gauge.

It's alright. Owned worse. It's really starting to age fast though. This past year has not been good to it.

Is it the 5 door, 3 door, or convertible?

5 door. Steel Gray.
